Bay Medical Family Practice is the longest, continuously running medical practice in Fairhope. Founded by Dr. H.C. Jordan in 1940 as The Jordan Clinic, the practice became Bay Medical Family Practice in the early 1970s. Our team is proud is to carry on a long tradition of caring for patients in Fairhope and its surrounding communities.
